Everything was great with the staff and the service but why is the waiting room so hot?!?

The staff was very welcoming and saw me promptly. The doctor spent considerable time and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. The entire visit was actually enjoyable.

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

My Wonderful wife wanted me to get checked out as I’ve been sick all week. The nurse was very nice and the Dr took her time and listened to my issue. Ordered a a chest X-ray.  Very happy with the care.

I saw my primary on Thursday for the same condition (at a health system considered the premier in the mid-Atlantic region). They did no tests and prescribed no remedy. Today (Saturday) came here. They sorted me out and scheduled future tests. So, they solved my issues.

Had a cough that was getting worst with phelm. Scheduled an appointment on line which was easy. My appointment was for 1:15 and once there the check in was fast. Paid my copay and sat down. My wait was a little longer than I though because another person came after me and was called before me? Doctors visit was to the point checking my lungs and throat. She sent a prescription to my pharmacist who said the ingredients were the same as over the counter brands, Why? The only Rx added was antibiotic pills. Place was clean.

This was my first time at this office and it went quickly and without hitch.

I spent the Thanksgiving holiday coughing my way through dinner and promised my daughter I would get care right afterwards. AFC Urgent Care is easier and quicker than seeing my PCP.  I was early and expected to wait, but they took me right in. The medical assistant took my vitals and the physician came in soon afterwards. She was very friendly and thorough, and answered my questions about possible drug interactions. I was out and in my car about ten minutes after my scheduled  appointment time.

I went to your facility on Friday evening as a walk in after trying for four days to clear up my cough, post nasal drip, sore throat and wheezing. Took the prescibed meds...Saturday morning my sore throat was gone! I'm on the mend! Thank you!!!!

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

Scheduling was easy online. Staff was attentive and answered questions.
