Having been in the health care field for 25 years I can say it's a great place. The safe is both friendly and engaging. I would recommend it for anyone!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Excellent experience. Staff, cleanliness, explanation of tests and treatment.

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

We were treated wonderfully and had all our concerns heard. The staff was friendly and amazing. They saved our vacation and eased our minds ❤️

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.

Scheduling online is very easy and convenient. Got an early morning appointment with no problem.

Have come to expect a professional manner in every aspect of a visit to this facility. Always prompt and clean Staff is thorough about procedures and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier

Walked in and was able to get diagnosed with my sinus infection and pink eye with almost no wait.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.
