From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

I dint get the help I was expecting Dr didn’t even took a look where I told hem I was feeling pain

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.
