Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.

I was in and out quickly and the staff were very helpful

The check in with the computer and then the phone is horrible. My phone would keep starting over. I was the only person there but I had to ask for a paper to check myself in. By the time I was giving the paper three people were coming in and done checking in which pushed me back on being seen

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

The staff there I will give them 100% you guys keep up the good work

Doctor Bailey and the entire staff were professional and courtesy. I felt comfortable and safe
