As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough and takes time to discuss treatment options. He is very knowledgeable and has been spot on with the diagnosis and treatment for my medical conditions. I recommend his practice and know that you will be happy with Dr. Patel professionalism and medical care.

Today I went in with abdominal pain and was helped so smoothly through the process of figuring it out. Every member of staff was professional and the PA I saw was fantastic!

I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.
