My daughter still has sinus pain and pressure after being sick for 3 weeks. The last Dr there was wonderful took care of everything fabulously. Todays Dr spent 2 seconds in the room and had to keep coming back to ask questions that she'd already asked to only tell us she was fine...the EMT that was there said her eardrum was bulging. We left with nothing.

I cut my thumb deep enough to require more than home bandages. So drove to your urgent care about 6 minutes away . They evaluated it immediately and took me back fairly quickly since Lacerations move to the top of the line. The NP was very kind and gentle with my finger. She use glue instead of stitches so I wouldn’t have pain in my finger anymore than I already had. I will definitely come back to this urgent care facility. It is convenient, close to my home and the staff are wonderful.

Doctor didn't look in my nostrils or swab me for any test (COVID, Flu, RSV or Strep) I had to go to the ER this morning bc nothing was helping my symptoms and I wasn't able to sleep, and I kept breaking fevers. I was actually diagnosed with RSV today at the ER!!!

Staff was great! I had just left a minuteclinic that was rude and ended up not having an appointment with. Nobody enjoys a doctor visit, but very thankful for the receptionist and nurses/Dr's for listening, being thoughtful, and making an otherwise unenjoyable necessity a pleasant experience.

The check-in staff were so kind and helpful and once I got back to the room the PA, Casey was so kind and sweet too! If there was an urgent care closer to me, I’d still drive the extra time just to go to this location because of how nice and caring everyone was!

Went in because of pain on foot. They did x-rays and no lead apron was provided. Doctor walked in afterwards and didn’t even examine my foot. Was told to put on a compress. Doctor brought in a compress made for the ankle not foot, obviously that it wasn’t going to work. At least an elastic wrap would have been nice. Was given an exercise worksheet and a so long see you never. Mind this that I have a very good insurance, I could only imagine the poop patients that go in without insurance.

There was a bit of a wait, but I expected some wait time. The young lady @ front desk apologized for wait time, without me asking. She explained that the system was new with sign-in. The overall staff from front desk to X-RAY Tech were very nice & made me feel comfortable through entire process. So, thank you to your wonderful staff.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

About Pregnancy Tests

A pregnancy test helps you confirm whether you’re pregnant. Many signs and symptoms of pregnancy overlap with other health and medical conditions, but getting a pregnancy test can reveal whether conception is the reason for your symptoms. A missed menstrual period is usually the primary sign of pregnancy, but other causes of a missed period include diabetes, drug abuse, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and oral contraceptives.

Determining whether you’re pregnant is crucial to the health of your unborn baby, as you need to take extra precautions to make sure you and your baby are safe. For example, spending time in environments where you inhale cigarette smoke or toxic fumes is harmful to your fetus, and medications such as opioids carry serious risks for mothers and their unborn children.

Common signs of pregnancy include tender, swollen breasts, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, headaches, increased urination, mood swings, food cravings, and light spotting. If you experience these symptoms regularly, you might be pregnant and can benefit from taking a pregnancy test.

Pregnancy Test FAQs

  • Can I get a free pregnancy test in Gantt?

If you don't have health insurance or don't have access to a doctor, a community health clinic or a Planned Parenthood health center may be able to provide you with a free or low-cost pregnancy test. If you do have insurance, many commercial plans will fully cover the cost of a pregnancy test at an in-network provider including primary care doctors, medical laboratories, and both retail clinics and urgent care centers.

  • Where can I get a pregnancy test in Gantt?

In general, pregnancy tests will be available at Gantt-area urgent care centers, retail clinics, primary care doctor offices, and medical laboratories. While walk-in appointments are typically available, booking a visit online will reduce your wait time and ensure you determine whether or not you are pregnant as soon as possible.

  • How soon can I test for pregnancy?

For the best accurate result, wait until the week following your missed menstruation to take a pregnancy test. If you don't want to wait until your period has skipped, wait at least one to two weeks after you've had sex. If you are pregnant, your body needs time to develop detectable levels of HCG.

  • How much does a pregnancy test cost in Gantt?

If you are uninsured, blood tests and urine tests in-clinic can cost anywhere from $50 to $200. This price doesn’t include the doctor’s consultation. Search for general practitioners and women’s health specialists to get a better idea of the cost in the Gantt-area today.
