          Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

          I was able to get in pretty fairly quick. They were pretty busy. I'm Always took really good care of. I Love the Dr and the Nurse there..I was very sick. They got me in Triage, Got me in a Room. The Dr was in and shortly. X-rays were ordered. Everything went very smooth. I appreciate the kindness shown there.

          My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

          My daughter wasn’t feeling too well when I picked her up from daycare. They recommended Little Spurs which is open till the evening hours. My daughter looked miserable and her fever was high so I decided to go there instead of the ER. I’m so glad I did. It was easy to sign up and enter in all the information necessary. The staff is friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Laura is awesome. Even though my daughter didn’t feel well, she loved coming in. Thank you staff.           Booked in the middle of night due  to grandsons fall at parent night out and my daughter in hospital with contractions. Both Nurse’s that tended to him were so nice and explained everything to him and us.  To his ex rays and explains the break in his arm and placing the soft cast on him. Provided all the information we required for an orthopedic visit. So as grandparents we couldn’t have asked for better assistance. Thank you!

          This is the second time the same PA sees my son and I live her. She makes him feel comfortable and explains in detail. Answered all of our questions. Would love to see her there every time we visited :)
