          I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

          My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

          I’ve visited this urgent care several times with my newborn baby and each time seems to get increasingly better (specifically with doctor care). Location and hours are super convenient and the doctor (forgot her name) was the most helpful thus far (considering I’ve told his pediatrician and other urgent care doctors the same recurring problem and no help). She was able to give me reactive and proactive information in regards to my concerns with my baby and more.

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

          Booked an appointment for 8:20 and fell asleep. Got there 10 minutes late and they were so relaxed about it. I didn’t have to wait long and was out of there in 30 minutes. The whole staff I interacted with was wonderful.

          This was the 3rd time we have visited your office. The staff and Dr. Kimberly are amazing. Very caring and informative.           Scheduling was very easy. Staff was friendly. The provider was excellent, great bedside manner and included me in the plan of care. She took her time and didn’t rush through the appointment despite a busy clinic. My only criticism was the wait time. We had a 1:20 appointment and waited in the waiting room for over an hour past our appointment time before being brought back for our visit. We then waited in the room for another 20 minutes before the provider came in. I could understand waiting if I was a walk in however we had an appointment. It seems the appointment times should be longer or a second provider should be assigned to help manage the patient load.
