          My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals.           Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

          Excelente atención médica. El personal muy amable la doctora Herrin, Lisa muy buena la recomiendo se preocupa por sus pacientes. Amable y pasiente. El lugar muy limpio y la espera no es más de 30 min.  Lo único es q tardan un poco en poner la receta en la farmacia pero uno puede mejor pedirla y llevarla uno mismo.  En cuanto a todo lo demás lo recomiendo 100%

          This isn’t my first time bringing my sick children here and will not be the last. The Doctors and staff here are kind & helpful! I love coming here because we are in and out in less than an hour and they are opened late as well. As I mentioned before, I’ll always bring my kids back. Thank you for you care!

          We’re from out of town visiting family and my little one got sick. My husband was so impressed with the NP, Amy. He said she listened, was very attentive and very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. She even called me later in day to tell us results of chest x ray and was very accommodating and personable. I’m really impressed with the facility and kinda wish we had the same service back at home! Highly recommend this facility as an RN myself!

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

          10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

          Made an appointment online but had to wait about 45 minutes. This was due to a provider not showing at a different location and extra patients being seen. Otherwise went smoothly. I saw someone I have seen before which is nice. I would recommend her. Already feeling better today.
