Everything was beautiful. Doctor was wonderful. Nurses were great. The best place I have gone to here in state of Washington. I was very amazed how wonderful I got treated.

My provider was kind of dry and stand-off ish but he was quick. My MA was very nice and friendly and she made the visit for me.

My provider and medical assistant were so nice and amazing! I was really scared about what I’m going through that it’s a miscarriage and they were just so sweet and so kind! And very caring. I would give a 20 out of 10!!

Easy to schedule an appointment or be put on a waiting list!  Love this place!

I had my annual physical this morning.  It’s not something I look forward to but I have to say Sarah Phillips and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I left the clinic feeling that they had delivered an excellent heathcare experience.

The assistant and/or nurse didn’t seem particularly comfortable working with kids, and the provider came across as overly aggressive and lacking patience with scared, anxious children. My son was resistant to the oral and ear exams, and I felt the provider was too forceful in their approach, focusing on “getting the job done” rather than handling the situation with care. While I understand the need to complete the examination, a bit more patience and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, especially given how ill, tired, and frightened my child already was.

I needed to get in the same day.  The waiting list was approximately 3-4 hours out, so they took my name and sent me home until they had an opening. It wound up being only about 1.5 hours to wait and I was able to do so in the comfort of my home.  Once I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes.  Staff was great!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Woke up early am with a sever stomach ache, vomiting, and diarrhea.  Ended up with chest pain.  Was able to get an appointment on line for 8:15.  Arrived at 8:00.  Got checked in right away and got looked at quickly.  Diagnosis was spot on and prescription worked fantastic.  Everyone was professional and personable.  It was a great experience overall.

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
