Ran out of prescription meds 2 weeks before my new Primary Care Physician appointment. Went to Indigo Urgent care for help. Stellar staff particularly Medical Assistant Meghan. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.

I was a walk-in. I got checked in right away. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. The assistant and Dr were very professional. The Dr asked questions and offered options to further run test or wait to see my primary Dr.

Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. Was able to schedule online and for a time that worked best for me. Also was able to fill out questionnaire online in advance, which saved time.

An hour and three quarters wait for a 10 minute visit — filling out paperwork online, only to have to fill out the same paperwork again once in the office , NOT particularly impressive 🙄

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
