I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.

Woke up with a sore throat and cough. Called to see if I could get in.  When I arrived was put on the waiting list.  Wasn’t too bad a wait, maybe an hour.

Got in and out!!! Staff was friendly and very attentive. Dr. Nelson was the best part of the whole visit though!!! He was very informative and explained everything very well and clear for my daughter to understand. Wish he was our regular Dr.

Excellent experience. Front desk and intake staff were friendly and efficient. Clinician was thorough and explained her recommendations clearly. This is my second visit. No scheduled appointments were available, so I joined the waiting list and went home. I was notified that my turn was coming up when it was time to return to the clinic, then was seen promptly...very convenient.

I went in because I've had a sore throat and fever all week and have been exposed to my live in partner who came down with strep. He had gone in and the instant test was negative, but a week later the lab came back positive. I told them all this. My lab was also negative. Well, thanks to a mix up where they'd entered my name with an error, the lab discarded my test results and wouldn't process them. I spent all morning today using my sore throat to argue with them. They wanted me to come back and re-test... I don't have energy to keep going to the doctor and spending all day for things I did yesterday. The whole thing is ridiculous... what a waste of time.

Loved the snacks upfront!   All staff very kind and accommodating.   Barbie is the best; conservative where it’s appropriate, ordering an X-ray to check for pneumonia potential with my 7-yr old.

The best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care!! 10 stars in my opinion.

The staff were amazingly kind, supportive, skilled in nursing and quick to resolve all my issues.  It was a pleasure to have them backreact the way they did. Thank you and God bless you all.

Walked in with my mom for UTI.  Was told there was about 2 hour wait.  We waited in vehicle and got text they were ready.  I don’t think we even waited an hour.  Great service, very friendly, fast but very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Had a on line appointment with a tele doctor. Went to clinic for a rapid step test. Very quick and easy. Staff was friendly.

Care was good. Referral to wound care was done incorrectly and waited an extra couple of days to happen because the referral was trying to be made to a place near Tacoma and I live in Poulsbo. There’s one in bremerton. Finally called back since I wasn’t getting one from the Wound Care office I wanted and the receptionist and then probably the referral team made the correct referral. The wound Care in Bremerton  just called today and here it is the sixth and we were in there on the 30th so we did get a referral finally it was right on the paperwork. It could’ve been seen if someone took the time to look.

Scheduling was easy. The staff checking me in this morning were fast and nice. However, once the Physician walked in and we talked about the problem I've been having. I interpreted her manner of speaking was condescending towards me.

Another great experience with this urgent care clinic.  Received an appointment online no problem.  Checkin was very smooth, provider really listened and took appropriate steps in determining my condition.  The entire staff was wonderful.

Bonney Lake Indigo is truly top of the line care. Dr Leanne is so compassionate and carrying. Eliminating all possible reasons before deciding on a conclusion.  The MA’s are always a pleasure as well.

My daughter has had chest congestion and headaches that we were not going away with otc medicine. We booked the appt easily and we're seen by the helpful and kind staff. I would highly recommend this office

Scheduling was great. Wish we didn’t have to wait as long... It was over 40 minutes from our appointment time until we saw a provider.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.
