woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Had dot physical. Staff was great. Easy scheduling,no problems.

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.
