Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

Staff is always helpful and polite. Dr. B. Fahnrich is and amazing doctor. He has diagnosed conditions that primary care doctors can't.

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.

I had a sneaking suspicion something was amiss but I wanted a professional opinion. My PCP clinic is 1.5hr away and this situation wasn't worth the drive so I made an appointment here. It took a little while to be seen but I was really pleased with the quality of care.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
