I was having symptoms of a UTI all week.  After having chills & low grade fever during the night into the morning my wife went online and scheduled me an appointment and a time to see the NP at Southern Immediate Care in Helena.  She loves the online booking because you can pick a time that works for you.  I had been there before so my check-in was easy.  We only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were called back to give a urine sample.  Sachi did all of my vitals, verified my medication and my medical history. Jessica Godwin NP came in and told us the results of the test strip of urine sample was positive for UTI and they were sending it to the lab.  Jessica NP sent a prescription to my pharmacy and ordered an antibiotic injection to help jumpstart my healing.  As always all of the staff, Jessica, Erica, Sachi and the receptionist at the front desk were all very nice, courteous and respectful.  I would recommend Southern Immediate Care in Helena to everyone.
