Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

My nurse Kim was polite with a very up  and friendly  personality.Christina my PA was a sweetie calm efficient and reassuring . I previously went to urgent care in Willingboro but started going to this office in Bordentown .   Your team that day is to be commended on my quick comfortable and efficient care .  Had my meds within hour on the road to feeling better ! Dr.Marchetti was a good listener and thorough in evaluation. His prescribed treatment fixed my ailment in short order. The waiting room music is a little too loud and not for universal tastes.

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

There was a 16 year old boy who was sitting in the waiting area with his arm bleeding. He had several tissues trying to contain the bleed and the rep at the front desk turned them away because they didn't have an id. That's a kid! Bleeding!! And was turned away. Compassion is one of the most important elements in health care and it was lacking. It wasn't the provider who turned him away it was the receptionist. Otherwise my visit was ok, I think my provider was Torres, she was great. But I couldn't stop thinking about the kid.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

Made a same-day appointment. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Saw one of the PAs, he had me diagnosed, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home with a follow up appointment later in the week. Very organized, well run establishment.
