I recommend scheduling your appointment online to avoid wait times. I did a walk in, spent 15 minutes with online paperwork and waited an hour with a sick child. They give priority to online appointments. The PA and the nurse were wonderful. Once we were in the exam room, everything went smoothly.

My son was telling us his ear hurt, and I knew it had to be an ear infection. We brought him to Indigo in federal way, and I’m so glad we did. We didn’t have to wait, and the doctor and nurses were in the room as soon we got there. They were very sweet to our son and did really well to make him feel comfortable. We didn’t feel dismissed or like we were a burden on them, which I really appreciated. I will most definitely be going back to this indigo in the future
