I schedule my appointments online, I’m always checked in on time, amazing friendly staff that will not rush you, and actually cares for their patients. The providers are kind and patient. This eastvale location specifically is top tier.

Had eye difficulty and when we contacted your urgent care facility we specifically asked if you had the equipment to test an eye and was informed that you had it. However, when we went there, that was not the case.

We needed an Urgent Care late last night, and this was the only place that answered the phone with a real person and a friendly voice. We told them we were coming in and after filling out paperwork, they took us right away. It’s a brand new facility everything is clean and bright, and the staff was so friendly. The doctor came in right away and couldn’t be more professional and friendly. We were very grateful to find this facility and to work with staff and doctors that actually care about their patients.

All staff are good, from the desk, RN, MA and the NP.. Just walk in and everything did for the procedure right away. Thank you so much guys, all of them very attentive.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away.
