Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

My husband scheduled an appointment for me and within minutes of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and was admitted shortly thereafter.  Rebekah and the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The clinic is in a convenient location.

Walked in and filled out the paperwork after a short wait the doctor looked me over and ordered some meds.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Kristen and Michaela were terrific. Michaela did my triage super fast since I was feeling so sick and gave me my results right away. Kristen gave me all my treatment options and respected my choices. Great visit.

Woke up not feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment right away with no issues. Upon arrival, I was greated politely by the staff and didn't have a long wait time before I was seen by the doctor. Facility was very clean and nice and overall experience was an A+!

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Didn’t have to wait long. Provider was very resourceful and great at explaining the steps for me to feel better. Overall a great experience. Front desk girls were amazing!
