Walked in with my mom for UTI.  Was told there was about 2 hour wait.  We waited in vehicle and got text they were ready.  I don’t think we even waited an hour.  Great service, very friendly, fast but very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Another great experience with this urgent care clinic.  Received an appointment online no problem.  Checkin was very smooth, provider really listened and took appropriate steps in determining my condition.  The entire staff was wonderful.

I had came in around 3:30 pm for a check up, they were able to schedule me for 6:10 pm. I came back, they got me in right away. Receptionist was very sweet, CMA was very attentive and sweet. It was somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment online. After I had picked a time, filled out the information and rechecked the form it said that time was no longer available. Did this twice. Called directly and was put on the waiting list. They text me when it was my turn, with enough lead time to make it to the office and only had to wait 10 minutes or so. All went smoothly from there. I would recommend doing it how I did especially if you are uncomfortable in the waiting room setting.

The staff were amazingly kind, supportive, skilled in nursing and quick to resolve all my issues.  It was a pleasure to have them backreact the way they did. Thank you and God bless you all.

This urgent care is easy to schedule and convenient to get to. Plus the my chart links into my primary my chart. The staff is friendly and spends the time to answer all of my questions.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. After being sick with an upper respiratory virus for 12 days, I decided to see if I could get an appt the same day. I had many choices of times to pick from.
