After being sick with an upper respiratory virus for 12 days, I decided to see if I could get an appt the same day. I had many choices of times to pick from. After arriving, I only waited about 10 mins. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection. I was given meds and info about over the counter meds.

I had came in around 3:30 pm for a check up, they were able to schedule me for 6:10 pm. I came back, they got me in right away. Receptionist was very sweet, CMA was very attentive and sweet. Walked in with my mom for UTI.  Was told there was about 2 hour wait.  We waited in vehicle and got text they were ready.  I don’t think we even waited an hour.  Great service, very friendly, fast but very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

It was somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment online. After I had picked a time, filled out the information and rechecked the form it said that time was no longer available. Did this twice. Called directly and was put on the waiting list. They text me when it was my turn, with enough lead time to make it to the office and only had to wait 10 minutes or so. All went smoothly from there. I would recommend doing it how I did especially if you are uncomfortable in the waiting room setting.

I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and had a good experience with staff at all levels. Definitely would recommend this clinic and plan to use them again if needed.
