Electronic check-in and registration was fast, the waiting room was neat and clean, staff friendly and well trained.  Had my finger stitched up painlessly and professionally in a nice and clean exam room with a careful doctor.  I was very pleased with my treatment and will go there again.  Convenient location near my home for fast community service which is something i really value, especially when needing blood flow to stop ASAP.

I was having symptoms of a UTI all week.  After having chills & low grade fever during the night into the morning my wife went online and scheduled me an appointment and a time to see the NP at Southern Immediate Care in Helena.  She loves the online booking because you can pick a time that works for you.  I had been there before so my check-in was easy.  We only had to wait about 10 minutes before we were called back to give a urine sample.  Sachi did all of my vitals, verified my medication and my medical history. Jessica Godwin NP came in and told us the results of the test strip of urine sample was positive for UTI and they were sending it to the lab.  Jessica NP sent a prescription to my pharmacy and ordered an antibiotic injection to help jumpstart my healing.  As always all of the staff, Jessica, Erica, Sachi and the receptionist at the front desk were all very nice, courteous and respectful.  I would recommend Southern Immediate Care in Helena to everyone.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
