Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

I wanted to have an insect bite looked at to make sure it wasn’t infected. But I didn’t want to deal with an emergency room visit. StatMed was close and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try them out. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse took some preliminary readings and asked questions about medical history and known allergies. She was also friendly and competent. The doctor was quite friendly and explained everything throughout the examination.  I was very pleased with the experience. Friendly, competent, clean and close by. And they have an in house pharmacy for common medicines - a very nice bonus.

Except for an unusually long wait time (past wait times have been very few minutes) this clinic is a class act…..clean neat friendly efficient thorough professional knowledgeable organized understanding accessible….a health care haven….a concerned ill person finds prompt care and comfort here.

I went in for a Covid test my original appointment was at 6:30 they were able to take me early at 2:15 Staff was very friendly and polite

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
