Andrea McFadden was very thorough and detailed I got excellent care from her today! Her bedside manner was wonderful! 5 star!! Last night I showed up at 5:03… they said they closed at 5:00. The gentleman at the front desk was animate about not taking me. I was so Sick last night and he said no! Don’t have an urgent care if you are not go to be compassionate! I have followed this urgent care around for 20 years!!! Despicable behaviour!!! Andrea made up for it! But I was still annoyed!

Making appointment online was easy and only a very short wait time.

The Staff was very nice and made sure that they covered and test that had to do with my injury.

Brought my daughter in for her 1030 appointment she wasn’t feeling well. The medical staff is very nice. The doctor is fantastic a good place to bring a family member.

Had a rash on my leg made an appointment, checked in, staff very friendly, was already checked in. Doctor friendly and concerned. He prescribed treatment and prescription was sent in. I was also able to make a follow up appointment. Picked up the prescription within an hour,

I scheduled an appointment online with an immediate opening. Easy first time check-in. Nurse took vitals, was very friendly and efficient.  Was seen, took care of my issue and went next door ( CVS)to pick up my Rx. All done in less than 20 minutes with excellent care I would recommend this facility to anyone in Moorpark.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

First time walking in and visiting the clinic. Everybody is super friendly. I’m recommending this place to my family members who go to other facilities at the moment.

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Estaba con un ataque de asma cuando la que me atendio vio (desafortunadamente no recuerdo el nombre) actuó rápido dándome un cuarto y llamando a la doctora!  Me atendieron muy bien y rápido!

Wait time was a bit (expected it's an urgent care thankfully they take walk ins). Staff was friendly and everything was clean! Once I saw the Doctors he was very nice, asked questions and assisted me! Great experience overall! Would highly recommend this providers office!

Ibeen to this office once before and I had it on my mind soon as my Grandaughter got sick .The office visit was very helpful with my Grandaughter needs .all of the staff was very pleasant we didn’t have to wait long . The most I really liked was the receptionist was understanding with me and she making sure the paperwork I had they excepted so the doctor would care for my granddaughter  health.I will always go back in a. Emergency and I even told a couple people I knew where to go in case an emergency.Thank you Doctor and to all the staff

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
