I was suffering from a n eye infection for several days. Warm compresses did nothing except feel good. Having gone to other walk-in clinics before, I was expecting the same recommendation… “just use warm compresses, it just takes time”.  I was so relieved when I was prescribed an antibiotic and eye cream. After just 3 days the infection is nearly gone. This is now my go-to urgent care.

I don’t want to say how amazing my visit was because I don’t want anyone to know , this way if I have to go back, it won’t be crowded!  The staff, check in and PA were awesome! Out in under 30 minutes!

Easy scheduling for an appointment, nice and pleasant staff, good experience overall. Helped with the issue. Definitely recommend.

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

I went here on 2 occasions lately, was feeling sick on New Year’s Eve and went and after getting fully checked out got a prescription for medication and it cleared me up and I was back to normal in a few days. Went for a DOT Physical and again no issues with the process. On both occasions everyone was very polite pleasant and very  professional.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

This was just a follow up visit that I probably could have canceled because the care and medication that was prescribed did the job. But I thought it would be best to go and let the doctor know and make sure She agreed with my assessment

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Woke up today with some soreness in my arm. I was bit by a dog and needed a Tetanus shot. Dr. Shakira Sebastian was very professional and explained what and why. Thanks, yes I would recommend the staff is very welcoming, as well.

I had an appointment for yesterday that I had to reschedule due to work (which was scheduled for me and I tried calling to change but no one picked up). Anywho, I go to my appointment today and I waited for almost a hour and 15 minutes to be seen (I was told 30 minutes prior it was a virtual visit which was not stated anywhere in the email/on the app). I expressed some concerns I was having which I felt as if the physical basically told me that I would have to wait until next week to see my PCP.  The staff are great and very friendly, it was just that one issue today. Their office usually isn’t like this, but a heads up would’ve been nice.

Unable to get a phone call with my test results. This is a whole 24 hours later could not leave a voicemail and I am unable to reach them at urgent care. I am unable to access my account so I guess i get no test results. Is it impossible to get a phone call? Again is it impossible to get a test result when your server is unavailable?  Please leave a voice mail what’s the results I am sick and in bed I might not hear the phone

Schedule a appt the night before and in the morning got seen immediately 10 min before my appt I was very happy

The girls In the southington office are the best they go up and above Everytime Dr rex is amazing he is calm and listens to me and helps me address all my concerns
