I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

This is our primary care facility. We love it from ability to get reasonably prompt appointments to friendly bedside manner, superb staff service, and high-quality care. Dr. Munoz (Ibrahim) is EXCEPTIONAL!.

Overall it was a good experience. It was our first time and to complete a lot of paper work. It was all done on my phone, which had some pros and some cons. Load times between pages were slow and it asked a lot repetitive questions. It asked my pharmacy name but didn't give a way to specify the correct location. Ultimately out medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy as a result of that. We were a walk in and got call to the back fairly soon after the lengthy paperwork was completed. We were there for a strep test which they did immediately upon us getting in the room. We were told it would be just 10 min wait to get the results but the wait was closer to an hour. It wasn't a bad wait all in all. The TV in room was playing young children shows. It would have been nice to change the channel to something for older kids, like SpongeBob SquarePants. My kids got bored quickly with yo Gabba Gabba, since she almost 9 years old. The NP was nice and very helpful. We were please overall with the service.
