The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Easy check in. Quiet office, clean and friendly staff. I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment.

I was a walk in. They took care of me right away.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Have a sinus infection the levofloxacin seems to be helping I feel better after one dose The levofloxacin worked feel much better.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

The Dr was very helpful and reassuring. Gave me good directions.

My wait time was short and the staff is great/ amazing hospitality. The provider was amazing and helped me with my issue for that visit; I would recommend to everyone. I don’t live too close to this location but I will definitely be coming back because of how I was welcomed and treated.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

I did a walk-in visit with my son because he is sick. The receptionist Samintha was very nice and checked my son in with ease. The doctor that seen my son and made sure that everything is okay with him. Big thank you to the nurse that checked my son vitals and engaged with him positively to make sure he felt like he was top priority. I would Definitely recommend everyone to come to citylife on Springfield Ave because they treat you like family.
