I had a wrist injury. I received a prompt, thorough attentive service. Very well satisfied.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I was able to book an appointment online To see the doctor the same morning. The staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean. This is my third visit to this center and I will go nowhere else

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

On Sunday morning I decided to seek care for a finger I pricked with a wire accident a few days earlier which became infected. I made an online appointment for the am and went to the clinic. I was told it’s a walk-in clinic so appointment time may not be precise if others have arrived. There was only one person ahead of me so my wait time was less than 15 min. Intake and visit with Dr was professional and efficient. Thank you.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Booked same day appt for my 2 y/o daughters rash. Everyone was so kind and cheerful with her and made it easy. The only complaint was the wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

Short wait time which was great, quick and easy visit ! Considering that it’s the holiday season I thought it was going to be tough but it was good my son was able to be seen and treated quickly.
