The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt

Periodic diverticulitis attacks. Nurse Practitioner offered anti-biotics which solved the problem. Staff was excellent I would you recommend this provider.

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

On Sunday morning I decided to seek care for a finger I pricked with a wire accident a few days earlier which became infected. I made an online appointment for the am and went to the clinic. I was told it’s a walk-in clinic so appointment time may not be precise if others have arrived. There was only one person ahead of me so my wait time was less than 15 min. Intake and visit with Dr was professional and efficient. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the practitioner was clear on my treatment plan.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

I was able to book an appointment online To see the doctor the same morning. The staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean. This is my third visit to this center and I will go nowhere else

My Wonderful wife wanted me to get checked out as I’ve been sick all week. The nurse was very nice and the Dr took her time and listened to my issue. Ordered a a chest X-ray.  Very happy with the care.

I scheduled an appointment the morning of my visit. It was easy to get the appointment. And what a delight seeing Ms. Nina. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.
