Smashed my finger under a Kitchen Aid mixer. It immediately swelled, bruised and was extremely painful. Thought I broke it. Waited for 2.5 hours before being seen due to staff shortages that day. Other than waiting, people are always nice and friendly when I utilize the facility.

Didn’t find a broken toe as my orthropedic dr. did. When I visited. Her 3 days later!!!!  Shocking!

Highly recommend the facility.  Dr was concerned & attentive. Happy I went & pleased with entire visit. I highly recommend !

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier

My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.
