They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks

First time going there and I must say the all around service was excellent.

I was third in line (2 people ahead of me) and somehow i was waiting for 2 hours and then once i was finally back, it took another hour. I don’t understand how seeing three people took three hours. Provider was fantastic but wait was atrocious.

I made an appointment for 6:40 arrived at 6:25 I did not get seen until 7:15 although the office was very busy I didn't expect to have to wait that long with an appointment I must say though the doctor was extremely friendly and so was the staff my son tested positive for covid and he sat and went over everything that he possibly could with us I have to say I appreciate how kind and nice the doctor was it made the wait a lot better and how good he was with my son who has no patience he's 8 years old... Great office I just wish they went by appointment time or what's the point of making one !!!!

Excellent healthcare, doctor takes time to make sure of diagnosis. A very professional staff.
