Check in, triage, and provider did not introduce themselves. I was seen a long time after my appointment with no acknowledgement of my wait time. I understand you may not be able to tell me why I’m waiting, but it made me question why I booked an appointment and was told to be there early. My prescription was printed instead of being sent to my requested pharmacy I put on my paperwork and advised the provider of. The phlebotomist Jose was very quick and kind tho, and the lab draw was painless. He introduced himself and communicated well

On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
