Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

I came in for a pre-employee drug test and it was very very easy All around.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

It was fast and easy. No long wait. Staff are super friendly. It was excellent experience overall. Thanks everyone and more power!

I didn’t call, I took a chance of being a walk-in.  Check-in was helpful & pleasant Staff came to do my heart rate & ask about weight & hight & pulse(?) with the finger clamp but I was a bit surprised that she didn’t tell me what the tests showed Dr. was very helpful & kind & definitely wanted to find the problem & get the meds for it.

I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

This is my favorite place to get care!

A+ care! I went in with a suspected kidney infection got my confirmation and meds quickly and easily. All the women that were working yesterday when I went in, I apologize I can't remember their names they all told me but I'm a bit foggy brained, they were outstanding! It's been a very very very long time since I've gone into an urgent care and every single person I interacted with had an amazing bedside manner they were all so kind caring understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I will 100% absolutely be going back to this urgent care clinic for future needs for me and my family. I will absolutely let every single friend I have know about this place as well.

Recently visited and staff was very helpful and got me in and out quickly! This was my first time here at the Clear lake location, I would definitely recommend.

Hi. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy after our visit. However, the pharmacy sent me a text saying that another prescription would be needed instead. They were unable to get a hold of your clinic and I was unable to as well.  (I think your staff may have been dismissed early because of the pending hurricane).  I also think your clinic is closed today because of the hurricane.  All this to say, I need help with my prescription. Please contact me if you can help.

Woke up with sinus pressure. I was able to be seen in less than 30 min.  The staff was amazing, Nataly at the front desk, Mariana at the back office-who by the way gives great injections, and last but not least the NP Abraham.  Would recommend this Urgent Care!!

Easy online scheduling, got in right away and was taken care of.  Had a bad cough and congestion. Have used them several times and will use them again. Clean, professional and treated with care.

11Called AFC..got me in quickly.staff up front very good..fill out paper work..called me back as soon as turn in paperwork..took vitals..Dr. came in check me our infection in ear..answered all questions..gave me scripts with direction how to use..a very clean and nice atmosphere..

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

5 star all around experience. I took my 6 year old son here more than once and I will continue to because of the A+ service and care.

My foot was swollen due to a fracture - over 5 weeks now, not everything documented 1st by my PCP, Urgent Care and the ER. Instead of an x-ray, I was referred to the ER. I was finally correctly diagnosed on yesterday by a "floating" physician.

Very ill - found could schedule appointment in hopes of no wait.  Symptoms were ugly so quick in & out was best.  Would go as needed again.  Although not sure was best antibiotics for me.
