I love this place!! All my interactions with the care staff have been awesome.

Had a bad cough for several days went online to set up an appointment was able to get the time I wanted, Check in was easy taken back to the room with in 5 minutes, saw the Dr 10 mins later, diagnosed quickly meds prescribed, in and out in 30 mins max. Staff was friendly, Doctor was as well confident in the care I received. I will be back if I need care!

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

The only thing that bothers me the tech didn't catch her mistake on my weight 513lbs I've never been that obese.had to call to report that so they could remove it from my records.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Went in for a visit yesterday with body aches, sore throat, cough, headache, and congestion. Waited 29 minutes was seen by PA-C John Davies and Stephanie Krejci FNP. They were very attentive and compassionate. The back staff of Alee, Jalyn, and Sean were also very supportive. Front desk Dakota and Brittney always make checking in as easy as possible. I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

Everyone I came in contact with was super professional and nice.

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

AFC Urgent Care Clinic was clean, sterile in feel; fitted with the latest in tech design and equipment; organized procedurally; staffed with friendly, helpful, serious people. The doctor assigned to me far exceeded my expectations. She made me feel as if I were her sole concern, would like to keep her. I felt I was receiving the best of care. I do not have a primary care physician; however, this experience was so far removed from having to visit a doctor’s office. I did require urgent medical attention; the convenience of a walk-in clinic surpassed not having a PCP, especially when the care I received was excellent, as this was.

Very helpful receptionist in completing check in. Staff were very friendly. I only wished he would have told me the next steps after drug screen urinalysis test. It was my first time.

Check in was fast. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Kid baby didn’ friendly

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

Made an appt and was seen quickly. Professional staff and doctors. Highly recommend this location.
