I booked a same day appointment online. When I showed up from my appointment, the check-in took about 15 seconds, and my name was called for my appointment right on time. The staff were Friendly, happy and knowledgeable. Their care exceeded my expectations and I generally prefer visiting this urgent care location rather than seeing my primary care provider.

Everyone was very understanding and helpful. I was able to get right in and have my issues quickly addressed. Thank you for your service.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Woke up this morning and called to be put on the walk in list for my son. Check in was seamless with Deltra, rooming was perfect with Katelynn, John, Andrena and Destiny were very sweet and accommodating with keeping baby happy. Barbie was the provider today; in and out answering all the questions and confirming that baby did not have an ear infection. Thankfully since we’ll be on a plane soon for the holidays. Nobody likes a crying baby while flying.

My visit to Indigo Health at Crossroads was fantastic! The nurse did a great job with the cleaning, and the front receptionist was incredibly friendly. The PA recommended using glue instead of stitches for cosmetic reasons and thoroughly explained the choice, which I appreciated. The facility was also impressive-clean rooms, comfortable seating, and a fridge stocked with refreshments. Each room had a list of the team members, which added a nice personal touch. They seemed well-prepared with excellent equipment. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd highly recommend it!

Had blood when I coughed today, I went here for a walk in check up but saw that they had a 6 hour wait time. I ended up scheduling for the day after but then I got a call that they were able to see me when I told them to cancel the wait for the day. I'm not sure what happened but I'm very happy to have been seen today and the staff were incredibly nice!

Got in super fast and all the staff were super nice and helpful :)
