I was able to book an appt the day before with ease. The front desk staff member was very friendly. The lobby had drinks, snacks, masks, and hand sanitizer available. I only had to wait about 15 min. I did arrive 15 min early for my appt, as requested. The NP provider was very kind and knowledgeable. I always get great wound care assessments from the providers at Indigo!

Walked in with my left eye bothering me they said they were filled but if I could wait an hour or so they would fit me in. I was able to wait and was well treated by staff. Very efficient and helped me . Explained everything . I would recommend them anytime.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I came in for a foot injury. From the time I came in I was greeted by Jennifer who provided me with water, Vita check me in and Aleyda brought to the exam room, both very professional. Maria was very kind and knowledgeable. I always have a wonderful experience when I am seen at the orting clinic.
