Everything was great but I was the last patient on a Friday night and my prescription never made it to the pharmacy; I even checked back the next morning. But there was no one to call at your office so I had to go to another clinic with weekend hours just to get the antibiotics I came to you for.

I did not make it ! To my appointment it was missed it should not be a record of a visit

Everyone was welcoming. The entire experience was a breeze. I was seen as soon as I walked in.

Came in fr uti. Front staff was so nice and friendly. Check in on phone a little time consuming, but okay. Provider was not so friendly. Did not smile once. But she did explain everything well.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Staff is courteous and caring.
