Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Went in for a pre-employment screen and everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

Check-in was fast and simple. Staff was amazing with my 5 year old!

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

My first visit to this facility, excellent service, highly recommend.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

My son was having right side of chest pain and the staff was professional, friendly and nice. Took good care of my son. I love when a place is welcoming because they put your stress at ease. Thank you

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks
