I started with a sore throat last Tuesday, next day a scratchy throat, days after that coughing, congestion.  I was afraid it would  go into my chest.  Scheduled appointment online, no wait time at the office.  The receptionist, to the nurse that call me in, to the doctor coming in to see me, all were professional, pleasant, and listened to me.  I always go to this urgent care location.

I haven't been breathing well for 2 days. I've been wheezing and it's interrupting my sleep. The receptionist at the desk was very pleasant and much concerned. She check me in right away, and as I went to sit down I was called in the room. Ms. Rita was very pleasant. Dr. Esteban-Galindo bed side manners were superb.

My experience was fast, friendly and very attentive from staff! The provider was very informative of what he was doing. And also asked questions before he began.
