Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Ava and Danielle are amazing and very attentive!  Highly recommend them and this clinic. Had zero wait time and process was very easy.

Fell from ladder resulting in deep gash to forearm. Was taken in right away. Nurse gave me snacks when I said I was hungry. Staff were all pleasant and we kidded each other a bit.  Didn’t take nearly as long as I expected. Thank you!!

When I arrived at office I received a friendly welcome and was seen within minutes. My care was provided by Brandy Zerby, who was very kind, competent, and professional. This is my second time utilizing Indi Urgent Care and I am incredibly pleased with the service I have received at both visits. Excellent service!

I had scheduled an appointment after work, I was checked in quickly with the online set up, then called back and triaged, Provider came, got an xray, Provider set up a care plan and done, overall about 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient.
