I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

Went in for a throat problem. Dr. Bailey checked me out and gave me a good recommendation. Very friendly and totally would recommend this urgent care.

My last review was mistakenly submitted to AME Medical Group. In fact it was for a different Urgent Care in Cerritos on Bloomfield Ave. which is run by some Chinese people. I apologize for making a wrong submission. Indeed, my experience with AME Medical Group, Norwalk went very well. I am very pleased to meet Dr. Mishal, her humble and polite attitude, her professional knowledge and her dealing with the patients. I am also very pleased to meet the staff who was very professional and polite. Overall my experience with AME Medical Group turned out very good.

Unfortunately Dr Watkins was not able to get  in touch with me. I did not read the instructions well and did not click on the link 10 minutes before the designated time. Frankly I confess that I am not very technically savvy. I just figured that the Dr would call me. Thank you.

I took my son in that had a fever and cough and I needed no appointment. Doctor and staff were very friendly I also walked out of the office with medicine for my son.

I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
