In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We just had a great experience when my 7 year old needed a strep test. I called ahead and we were able to get in quickly. The wait time was minimal, but there was only one other patient at the time. The front office woman was incredibly friendly, the nurse was great with my son and the doctor was quick to see us and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
