Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

They were able to take me on short notice and sorted everything out professional and compassionate. Very efficient and nice people.

After a couple of days of visiting a hospital and not feeling well i decided to go into this walk in clinic. Right away i could tell the people and staff at this clinic really cared about their patients and showed concerned and took proper care of me while in their care. One staff member was supposed to leave at 5pm and she stood over her shift to make sure I was healthy enough to leave on my own even called the next morning to make sure i was doing well something the hospital didn't even do. I highly recommend that if you are looking to go somewhere where you are ill to give this place a shot you will not be disappointed.

My GP retired recently and I was monitoring my blood pressure for a few weeks before going to the new PA.  I received a high reading at the drug store machine and was concerned.  I decided to head over to DOCS and received a free blood pressure check which WAS high and needed to be addressed. I was then seen by the doctor. I cannot say enough about the receptionist, nurse or Dr Marshall.  By the time I left I was totally at ease and had my high blood pressure discussed thoroughly and dealt with and can call if I have questions or concerns.  DOCS is the BEST!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

My son was sick Thursday night and I was able to book an appointment for Friday morning. Everyone here was great!

I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!
