Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

The staff was very nice and was so great with my 7 month old.

I was treated very nicely but condition did not improve after trying what was suggested so ended up at hospital Tuesday PM. I was treated at Peconic Bay Hospital and if you want to see what was really wrong you can look at my records there. I don't know how to rate quality of care at your place?

I do not normally write reviews of any sort, good or bad. However, our experience being here HAD to be recognized. I dont think I have ever come across this level of care. It was STELLAR. My 17 yo daughter had been really unwell with a really bad head cold and really really uncomfortable throat and tonsils. Ran all the usuals, and not so usuals, and everything determined to be viral. Noticing how truly upset and uncomfortable she was, they did not stop there. Dr Gordon and his staff made sure she was at least going to feel better real soon. I could not be happier with the presence of focus, attention and bedside manner this Dr and staff showed us. KUDOS! You guys are true standouts to treatment above and beyond. Thank you.

The attention was excellent from the moment I made the appointment until when I went in person, everyone behaved excellently.

Lots of locations. I’m glad I was willing to travel 30 minutes because I really wanted to see a Doctor today.  Many locations I was not aware of..   East Patchogue wait wasn’t long and Doctor was very nice.

Staff was great and took us in immediately in a holiday weekend.  This was the only facility we found open and was well worth the 15 minute drive.   Convenient location and outstanding staff that was caring and very responsive.  Highly recommend!!

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.

Online checkin was a long pain asking the same questions already asked at the desk and the girl at the desk kept asking are you done yet. Like no. This is stupid. Really felt rushed. Saw the doc for prob 20 to 30 secs and he made up his mind what I needed before he came in the room. So if quick is what you need then this is the place. 2 days later and starting to feel better so all in all I’ll go back again if needed. I got what I went for not to make friends lol but the online questionnaire was too much and too repetitive.

I love coming here never so full and are friendly it’s very clean and try to call a person as quickly as they can. I love the nurses in front and they have great doctors in person as well as in video they are very thorough and try to take care of all your needs too.

I do like the way they do it, is easier then another places.
