Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I was to have a phone interview to follow up but I never got the call back. It didn't matter at all as I was well into recovery. For me, a non issue.

It was my first time at Priority, it was a weekend, my PCP was not in, the MD on duty definately knew what the problem was as soon as he heard my story.

It was in and out 25 min with a diagnosis and prescription in hands .. staff are always very friendly,specially Yomara always received the patients with a smile ..

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Wen to get my immigration medical done and they staff was super friendly and kind .customer service all round was excellent. Place was clean and tidy might consider using them for my primary care

Cory was amazing. My only major concern was that I identified that my daughter had a medication allergy and the APRN who saw us prescribed the one she was allergic to (which I picked up at the pharmacy and paid for) and I had to call back and get a different one. If they document allergies, that should not be ignored when prescribing.

Went in to get an opinion on my high blood pressure, they recommended bloodworm which they did same visit, was in and out in an hour, staff and doctors were all very nice/personable and professional, wait time was no more than 10 minutes, deffinatly recommended
