I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. Appointment was easy to make, but I still waited 1 hour to see a virtual provider. Then he wouldn't prescribe antibiotics for a sinus infection because I turned down the covid, strep, and flu test. I get 1-2 sinus infections every year and the tests were unnecessary. He said I would have to make another appointment to get antibiotics if the rx he prescribed don't help the symptoms. I guess they will get there money one way or another! Also, he said 3 Rx would be sent, but only 2 were. It's the next day, and I'm still waiting on a call back of the 3rdv has been sent yet. Will try a different urgent care next time.
