That was my first time there it was very clean.the people were very nice.i like it cause it was not no long wait I got seen and taken care fast.the only thing is I didn't get the medican that was prescribed to me yet.i told them were to send it to and I haven't heard anything from were I told them to send my medican to.i thought I would get the medican today but I didn't. Yes I would recommend you all to other.

They were top-notch, quick, and organized, and they were on time didn't even need to get out Of my car. It was a drive-throw covid test.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Been sick doctoring myself up for days with no relief. I seemed to be getting worse. So I went to urgent care. I was surprised there was no waiting for this 24 hour location. The doctor was very quick and helpful. I was in and out like a paper route!! I would come back and recommend this location for urgent medical attention.

I recommend this clinic. Scheduling was easy, I was seen right away at my appointment time, PCR test results were back in 15 minutes instead of 1 week. Staff, nurse, doctor are professional and respectful.

The checkin was easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The NP was very friendly and informative

Cough, fever and chills and I Showed up and was seen in less than 30 minutes.  Great staff from sign in to testing.  Doctor was very nice and thorough.   Expected to be there for hours but I was out the door in a very short time for a Saturday morning visit.

Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
