Realized late the in the season my daughter needed a new physical for sports!  Was able to make an appointment quickly.  Appointment went nice and smooth and everyone was very kind.

Because they have an x-ray machine and I went in for what I thought was a sprained ankle and that’s what I had. I would recommend.

Visit was pleasant and fast. Didn't catch the ladies name at the front desk but she was fantastic! Absolutely loved her energy! She administered my tetanus shot and I barely felt it which is good cause I don't like needles! Best doctor visit ever! PA was real good too. I will be going back. My last visit was awesome to. I got what I needed, quick trip and excellent service!

The checkin was easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The NP was very friendly and informative

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day.  I fell down some stairs.  I had X-rays done and the NP was very knowledgeable. She faxed in 2 prescriptions for me.  This happened yesterday.  Someone was supposed to call me today after the X-rays were read but I haven’t heard from anyone so far.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Received a follow up call and was given other medications and now on the mend! We’ve been coming here for a few years now.

I started feeling like I had a UTI and it was getting late in the evening. Springfield Urgent Care was open until 9 p.m., so I went there for the first time.  The staff were very friendly and understanding and I was in and out in an hour.  I would recommend them for your urgent care needs.
