Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Got an easy appointment on Thursday. Dr. lee was excellent and meds are already working to heal my bronchitis. Highly recommend this office.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

I was very impressed by the kindness of the care I received. Over the top nice doctor and others.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.
