I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.
